Amazing tour!! Learned so much about the history of Hells Kitchen. Alex was a phenomenal story teller!! He was full of fun facts and ready to answer every question. The group size was perfect. Just the right amount of people to not make it feel crowded or overwhelming. We got to try some DELICIOUS food and even went back the next day to one of the restaurants to try more things. Definitely recommend!

We booked a food/walking tour of the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan as company outing. Our tour guide Robin was punctual, friendly and full of local knowledge! She came prepared with photos of "the old days" and explained the pace of the tour up front so we knew what to expect. The restaurants were prepared for our arrival and highlighted the diverse - and VERY delicious - flavors of the neighborhood. Robin was able to keep a large group engaged and moving on a super hot day. In addition to the history of the neighborhood, Robin, a former entertainment journalist, shared interesting facts about the celebrities who called Hell's Kitchen home. Overall, I recommend Manhattan Walking Tours and especially our tour guide Robin. I'd love to take her other tours - Greenwich Village and Lower East Side.

This NYC food tour is an absolute must-do! Every single bite was amazing, but the best part was our tour guide. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the whole experience feel like a fun afternoon stroll with a local friend. Highly recommend!

Alex was an amazing tour guide and excellent speaker. He made it very entertaining and you can tell he loves what he does. The food stops were all great and we especially loved the cheeseboat! Would definitely recommend this to all.

We had such a great time on this food tour with Jake! From the second we met him, his energy was absolutely contagious. Imagine if a golden retriever became a Broadway foodie historian 😄 Super friendly and genuinely excited to show everyone around Hell’s Kitchen. The food stops were all really good, and what surprised us most was how much interesting history and Broadway knowledge was mixed into the tour. It never felt like we were just hopping from place to place eating. Jake had tons of fun stories, local insight, and genuinely useful Broadway tips throughout. Our favorite stop was definitely the cheeseboat. We’re still thinking about it. We actually weren’t planning to see any Broadway shows during our NYC trip because ticket prices were looking a little financially disrespectful but thanks to Jake explaining how rush tickets work and sharing some insider advice, we ended up snagging cheap last minute tickets and got to experience a show after all with great seats. Overall, we really had a blast defintiely beyond the usual tourist stuff. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible food and history tour of Greenwich Village in Manhattan with Robin, and it was THE highlight of our trip! The food was absolutely unbelievable, every stop was delicious and thoughtfully chosen. Robin was truly exceptional. She was so kind, answered every question we had, and had an amazing depth of knowledge about the area and its history. The way she tells stories is completely captivating, whenever she spoke, everyone listened. She brought Greenwich Village to life in such an engaging and memorable way. If you’re considering this tour, definitely book it, and if you can, ask for Robin. Highly recommend!

Good mix of international cuisine. The cheese boat was our favorite. Cale also did a great job relaying historical information of the area.

We had an absolutely fabulous experience on this New York City tour! The combination of the Hell’s Kitchen food tour followed by the Central Park walking tour was perfect—such a fun and well-paced way to explore the city. Our tour guide, Dave, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting insights along the way. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating and thoughtful he was. He truly went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves, which made the experience feel personal and special. The food was delicious, the sights were beautiful, and the entire tour was seamless from start to finish. Cale is a fantastic tour guide—very knowledgeable about the city’s history and great at connecting with guests. The food tour was delicious, and Bleecker Street Pizza was the best we’ve ever had. Please keep it on the list. If ever back in NYC, we will be looking up Cale for another tour.

Met our tour guide Dave in a delicious Japanese BBQ restaurant. He was very knowledgable, gave us amazing history info and some great insider tips for travelling, eating and navigating our way around this amazing city. Pointing out seemingly un exciting ‘normal’ buildings but giving us unbelievable information about them like what famous people grew up there or played there etc things we just would not have known. Took us to some delicious food stops that really celebrated the cultural diversity that really is NYC!
